Our aim at Gorsey Clough Nursing Home is to ensure that all Residents - whatever their psychological or physical needs - enjoy a comfortable and safe atmosphere within a warm and nurturing environment.
The following are just two examples of this:
- We have a Quality Assurance procedure that seeks the views of all our Residents and their relatives.
- The dignity, individuality, and the lifestyles of our Residents are always fully respected and we make every effort to ensure that the outcomes are realistic and achievable and these details are always made clear and documented in the Care Plans, which are prepared for each Resident.
The admission and discharge procedures for our Residents is always arranged on an organised and efficient basis to make sure that our Residents are given the best possible welcome and to keep formal procedures to an absolute minimum.
