Birds fly the nest!
Tawny Owl chicks have been discovered in the wooded copse!
We didn't know we had residents of the fluffy kind until a few weeks ago when we were presented with this picture taken of these Tawny Owl chicks by the Barn Owl Trust in the wooded copse at the Home shortly after they had flown the nest. According to the Trust we have several families living in the grounds of Gorsey Clough. In the words of one owl twit a woo!
